Execution of tender activities and ensures safe and cost-effective solutions in tenders, assist in clarifications and negotiations with customers
Leading major tenders and managing tender commercial
Ensure the companyis always compliant with existing as well as changing laws and regulations while ensuring and maintaining profitability of existing and incoming contracts
Research, identify, and target new partners and client opportunities, building rapport to sustain long-term relationships based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations
Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of Pre-Qualifications, ITT, RFQ through the NIPEX portal, Commercial Bid, and formal Tender submissions from receipt of requests from clients and review clarifications to award and handover to the execution team
Monitor Tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance
Conduct tender follow-up and negotiations.
Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Possession of relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the business development/tendering field
