Key Responsibilities



  • Formulate, develop and execute strategic initiatives to favorably position the organization for maintaining profitable business execution

  • Execution of tender activities and ensures safe and cost-effective solutions in tenders, assist in clarifications and negotiations with customers

  • Leading major tenders and managing tender commercial

  • Ensure the companyis always compliant with existing as well as changing laws and regulations while ensuring and maintaining profitability of existing and incoming contracts

  • Research, identify, and target new partners and client opportunities, building rapport to sustain long-term relationships based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations

  • Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of Pre-Qualifications, ITT, RFQ through the NIPEX portal, Commercial Bid, and formal Tender submissions from receipt of requests from clients and review clarifications to award and handover to the execution team

  • Monitor Tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance

  • Conduct tender follow-up and negotiations.

  • Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.


Requirements



  • Possession of relevant professional certifications is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the business development/tendering field
