The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager who can effortlessly identify, qualify, nurture, and close sales lead to achieving a defined sales objective.
This role will be solely responsible for securing new business for the organization, setting goals and developing plans in order to achieve business and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in loss adjustment from the insurance sector and a strong business acumen with a proven track record of success in delivering on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Determine key business development KPIs
Build strong relationship with clients, industry professionals and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Key Requirements
BSC/HND in business administration or any related field
3-5+ years cognate experience in the insurance/consulting industry.
Experience in Loss Adjustment from an Insurance Sector is prerequisite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport
Ability to leverage digital tools to generate leads or CRM
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Be proactive, organize and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
