Job Description

• Perform all the duties expected of a tutor


• Send lesson note every Friday


• Submit a monthly record of all work done


• Excellence in managing the students and their holistic development, including promoting a culture of learning and personal effectiveness among students and staff.


• Developing and providing safe and stimulating learning activities based on educational frameworks


• Developing and maintaining a vibrant research culture of international standard, including the promotion of research initiatives and networks.


• Promoting excellence and improvement in all matters of teaching, learning, research and administration.


• Support the Head of School by sharing relevant weekly updates as it pertains to the class or pupils assigned.


• Promote innovation by researching and implementing best practices in education and, specifically, in the stipulated subject areas.

Requirements

• N.C.E / B.A / B.Sc / B.Ed in Education.


• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience.


• Member of TRCN.


• Passionate about Arts Education


• Experience working or volunteering with a non profit organization is an added advantage.
