Duties/Responsibilities
- Organize activities around the Learning Program (agile leadership training) to ensure Decagon goals are met.
- Deliver Agile Leadership curriculum.
- Grades and provides feedback for agile leadership deliverables written by software engineers.
- Provide weekly one-on-one performance-based feedback to software engineers.
- Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate activities within a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program blockers.
- Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.
- Analyzes program risks, research and advises management on improvement to the program lifecycle.
- Function as Scrum Master for Simulated Decagon Projects and other assigned projects.
Preferred Years of Experience:
- 0-2 years relevant experience.
Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A passion for helping people succeed professionally.
- Knowledge of program or project management is an added advantage.
