Duties/Responsibilities

• Organize activities around the Learning Program (agile leadership training) to ensure Decagon goals are met.


• Deliver Agile Leadership curriculum.


• Grades and provides feedback for agile leadership deliverables written by software engineers.


• Provide weekly one-on-one performance-based feedback to software engineers.


• Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.


• Facilitate activities within a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.


• Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program blockers.


• Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.


• Analyzes program risks, research and advises management on improvement to the program lifecycle.


• Function as Scrum Master for Simulated Decagon Projects and other assigned projects.

Preferred Years of Experience:

• 0-2 years relevant experience.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Bachelor’s degree.


• A passion for helping people succeed professionally.


• Knowledge of program or project management is an added advantage.
