Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact with clients and visitors.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, visitors form etc.
- Accept packages for delivered for staff in the company and send to the appropriate owners.
- Monitor, organize and forward necessary emails.
- Work with the HR department to make sure that all files and records are well arranged and kept.
- Schedule interviews on calendars- and coordinate the interview process by reaching out to candidates.
- Attend to visitors and set up refreshments for meetings and training.
- Manage the office environment and make sure the surrounding is neat.
- Work with the Facility Manager when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Youth Corpers ONLY.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office Suite
- Should be able to book calendars and schedule meetings.
- Just finished NYSC camp and looking for a place of service.
- Must reside around Ikeja, Maryland, Agege, Ogba, Oshodi or its environs.
