General



  • We are seeking for Office Cleaners to join our Cleaning / Janitorial team.

  • The ideal candidate should have an SSCE result , previous experience in commercial office/high rise buildings is an advantage.

  • This position is open for both Male / females.


Job Description



  • Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards.

  • Clean and disinfect all restrooms and replenish consumables/ supplies as necessary.

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and chairs.

  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.

  • Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate containers.

  • Notify management of any damages or necessary repairs.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.


Qualifications



  • SSCE or equivalent.

  • 0 - 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Previous experience in office cleaning.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Candidate should be neat and presentable.

  • Good communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.


Remuneration & Benefits



  • N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly

  • Annual Bonus based on performance

  • Temporary Accommodation onsite
