Norsworthy Farms & Agro-Allied Industries Limited is an integrated agro-industrial establishment. A 3,000 Hectare Oil Palm Plantation and processing facility-palm oil mill & palm kernel crushing plant.

I am currently sourcing for a Clarifier Operator for Norsworthy Farms.

Job Title: Clarifier Operator

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Asaba, Delta State.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth running of all clarifier equipment, daily routine checks on lubrications; operate and process according to specification, standard and operating procedures.


• To ensure productions are carried out in company’s policies and processing of quality CPO output to the storage tanks.


• To ensure all steam valves are short off after production.


• To perform housekeeping and work area organisation tasks.


• To identify faulty equipment while in operation and report accordingly to production supervisor.


• To carry out all aspects of line changeover with minimum downtime.


• To ensure that production plan is completed in time.


• Ensuring that enough steam is been passed to the C/S tank and all heating tanks for efficient extraction rate.


• Maintain activity logs


• Any other duties delegated by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND in Engineering or related discipline is required.


• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience.


• Having a certification or license is an added advantage.
