A leading FMCG in Lagos with offices Nationwide is seeking to urgently hire a Business Process Data Analyst as detailed below:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.


• Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management


• Evaluating existing business processes & recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.


• Performing analysis to assess meaning of data.


• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.


• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.


• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.


• Working with relevant managers & management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. 

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting or quality-related field or equivalent preferred.


• Minimum 2 years experience in working on quality-related fields preferred.


• Knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft applications,


• Strong sense of ownership for team cohesion and team development; Good Communication skills & strong attention to detail; Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly. Easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.


• Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data and Strong data & numeracy skills.
