Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors & clients, provide a warm & welcoming environment, & direct them to the appropriate area within the gym
- Answer phone calls & provide information about gym services, memberships, & other related information to online & walk-in clients
- Manage the gym database, schedule appointments & classes, & ensure that all client information is up-to-date
- Collect payments for gym services & membership fees. Ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain a clean & organized front desk area
- Ensure that all clients are satisfied with services provided by the gym, & promptly respond to client complaints or concerns.
Requirements
- OND / NCE / HND qualification
- 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Female
- 22 - 25 years old
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Must reside around Bodija
Remuneration
N30,000 - N40,000 Monthly or more (depending on work experience level).
