Job Description
We are looking for Operator Account Manager, who would work alongside the operating department to ensure that smooth and cordial relationship between the customers and the company, a goal oriented team player who would actively engage and monitor the trends of the market to ensure satisfied customers.
Role and responsibilities
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between operator or enterprise customer and company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- achieve the order revenue target and collection target from operator or enterprise customer
- Developing a complete understanding of operator and needs
- Managing communications between operator and internal teams
- improve the sell-out of the operator business.
- arrange training for operator sales staff improve the sell product
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree or Master in Administration or other related field
- 5 – 7 Years’ Experience in a similar role
- Excellent office software skills.
- Good data analyst and processing capabilities.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Can focus on result and close tasks timely
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
