About You And The Role



  • As a member of the Pharmarun’s fulfillment operation team in Lagos State, Nigeria, you’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Your main responsibilities will involve performing and coordinating a variety of tasks within the Fulfillment Operations team to ensure that our customers get their requests/orders in a timely manner. What You'll Do



  • You will be part of the team that ensures that medical products are delivered from our distribution centers to customers in a safe, reliable, and fast manner.

  • By joining us, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring that every human on Earth has instant access to vital medical supplies.

  • Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Daily Order Activity for the Business

  • Review incoming order activity, and manage order allocation and prioritization

  • Coordinate product and customer account setups.

  • Ensure order pricing is in alignment with contract specifications.

  • Track orders and communicate as required with the Sales team and customer.

  • Sample order creation, coordination, and tracking.

  • Identification of transportation efficiencies and subsequent escalation of issues.

  • Help to resolve shipping discrepancies.

  • Support returns process.

  • Work closely with various functions (Trade Management, Quality, Demand Planning and New Product Launch, Contracting, Finance and 3PL Account Management) to ensure proper prioritization and alignment on order execution.

  • Proper documentation of all processes and transactions

  • Ad-Hoc Projects and additional responsibilities as an employee shows aptitude and desire to learn and be challenged.


What You'll Bring



  • University Degree in Pharmacy or a related field

  • 2+ year experience in related role

  • Minimum 1+ year in customer-facing or operations role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

  • The ideal candidate displays a high level of precision and is a detail-oriented individual who can multitask under dynamic deadlines.

  • Obsessed with the customer experience and making sure the quality of our deliveries always exceeds expectations

  • Upbeat and positive attitude, a collaborator who wants to succeed while also helping teammates grow

  • Must be eligible to work in Nigeria
