Job Description
We are seeking to fill the role of an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will act as a support to the Managing Partner, performing a variety of administrative tasks.
In order to be successful in this role, you will require good time management, organisational skill, and the ability to act with little supervision.
Job Description:
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Partner, employees, clients and other external partners
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail, and other correspondence
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Record minutes of meetings
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required
- File, retrieve corporate records and documents
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Provide general administrative support as required
Person Specification:
- Minimum of one year of professional work experience as an executive assistant, or a similar role, preferably in the Human Resources/Business Process outsourcing space.
- Minimum of First Degree from a reputable institution of learning
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
