Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our affiliate marketing strategy, driving growth and revenue for the company


• Build and manage relationships with their affiliate partners, including negotiating deals and resolving issues


• Monitor and analyse affiliate program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results


• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new affiliates and retain existing ones


• Manage the affiliate program budget and ensure all expenses are within budgetary guidelines


• Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


• At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry


• Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth


• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills


• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English


• A sense of humour and love for coffee is a plus!
