Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- The tele sales position is responsible for acquiring & managing learners, reaching out to prospective leads to inform them about DAREY.IO and our products and services.
- You will work on the sales team and be fully responsible for:
Customer Acquisition: Qualification of leads,orientation and onboarding of learners.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Use expert telesales and persuasion skills to secure prospect interest and close sales
- Tele-sale and communicate effectively with prospects and existing customers.
- Fully onboard and support newly converted customers.
- Ensure sales targets and quotas are met as specified.
- Develop, draft and write mailing contents and emails as required.
- Prepare and draft sales pitch presentation and proposals to customers (Individual and Corporate) as required.
- Initiate sales contact with prospects and follow-up using social media platforms when required (E.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
- Train and conduct orientation for new learners as required.
- Engage and handle customers and enquiry via website chat.
- To work and convert prospects via day and night shift duty work model.
- Foster learning and can-do attitude among the team at all times.
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years+ of experience (preferably in a tech industry) working in TeleSales, Marketing, Customer Experience or a Business Development Role
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
