Description



  • We are looking for a service-minded, tech-savvy individual with an open mind for a chance to learn to be an IT support officer.

  • You will be working within a world-class team to help support a growing global company with IT support requests, laptop servicing, device management, minor network operations, and IT on- and off-boarding.


Responsibilities:



  • Test, install, and configure software and computer hardware systems such as PC, networks, printers, and scanners.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, or network system issues.

  • Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.

  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.

  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with the password or login problems.

  • Ensuring all logs for equipment and users are maintained.

  • Create instructional guides for troubleshooting issues.

  • Ensure that a high level of service and support is provided to all employees

  • Manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks at one time.

  • Study related IT problems and identify solutions.


Requirements



  • Tech-savvy and familiar with troubleshooting both Windows and MacOS X.

  • Looking for a career as an IT Support Officer

  • Willingness to learn and try new things.

  • Would be available for the duration of the 6 months Internship program

  • Must reside within the Gbagada (Lagos state) axis as the position is hybrid (2 – 3 days a week in office)
