Stay up-to-date with developments in the research field and identify opportunities for the organization to advance its research capabilities.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support research initiatives.
Manage research budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure that all research activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
Requirements
Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field, such as research Methodology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
7-10 years of experience in research management, preferably in a related industry.
Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Proficiency in statistical software and other research tools.
Good understanding of research ethics and legal requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and under pressure.
