Job Description
- The Technical Adviser is responsible for providing technical expertise to the organization's leadership and management team.
- They analyse technical issues, evaluate options, and provide recommendations to help the organization make informed decisions.
- The Technical Adviser works closely with other members of the leadership team to identify technical challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.

- Provide technical advice and expertise to the organization's leadership and management team.
- Analyse technical issues and evaluate options to identify the best course of action.
- Identify technical challenges and work with other members of the leadership team to develop strategies to overcome them.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the technical field and identify opportunities for the organization to advance its technical
- capabilities.
- Review and evaluate technical proposals from vendors and external partners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to technical staff as needed.
- Ensure that all technical activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Attend technical conferences and events to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical advisory role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience developing technical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Good understanding of ethical and legal requirements related to technical activities.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with developments in the technical field.
