JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.


• Register and license all vehicles/bikes of the company.


• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.


• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance schedule to minimize downtime


• Monitor drivers' behaviours and ensure a high level of customer service.


• Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.


• Manage accident reports.


• Utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track movement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2years experience as a driver & a fleet officer


• Ability to pay attention to details


• Problem solving skills


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Excellent leadership and decision-making skill.


• HND degree in Transportation & Logistics preferably


• Salary Range: 70- 100k
