Our Client, a reputable firm in the HEALTHCARE SECTOR is looking to fill the role of a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach and other lead generation methods
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals and presentations to client
- Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking
- Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related field
- 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Development Manager/ Specialist in a healthcare startup is a huge plus.
- Strong leadership attribute, ability to develop, plan and execute and provide result in a timely manner.
- Strong track record of cold calling, client prospecting and closing sales.
- Experience in the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development and closing deals.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to potential stakeholders (hospitals, pharmacies, HMOs', Medical Labs).etc
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
