Job Description



  • We are looking for an Office/Account Assistant to handle clerical tasks in our office. Manages files, updates paperwork and other documents, and performs other general office clerk duties and errands.


Responsibilities



  • Daily stock reconciliation of all warehouses

  • Freight File update

  • Filling and other clerical work, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents

  • Depreciation Schedule Preparation

  • Other works related to accounts/finance

  • Maintaining supply inventory.

  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.

  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

  • Aiding with client reception as needed.


Requirements



  • At least ND in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Not less than a year of experience in a related job role or in a related field.

  • Numerical skill is essential

  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Eligible candidates must reside around Ibafo, Asese and Mowe and their environs or be willing to relocate.
