Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through various channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online sites.


• Liaise with suppliers, operations staff, and delivery agents/dispatch riders to deliver customer orders on time and according to customer specifications.


• Marketing and promoting the products of the company through social media channels, WhatsApp, door to door marketing.


• Manage the social media account of the business.


• Writing daily reports


• Assist in procuring products and stock for the business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.


• Great written and spoken communication skills.


• A self-starter able to work with little or no supervision.


• Use Canva or similar apps and post daily on Social media.
