To support the facility manager with daily site operations, for the fulfillment of customer service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily site operations, ensuring all customer requirements (maintenance services) are effectively fulfilled as per service level agreements and organizational quality standards.
Support the implementation and compliance with organizational standard operating procedures.
Support the use and proactive maintenance of facility equipment and prompt reactive maintenance in the event of equipment failure.
Support the implementation of health and safety standards.
Support coordination of the facility management team including security, environmental and technical operatives on site.
Maintain good business and working relationship with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
A Degree in Estate Management or other related field.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
