Job Description

• Review all request for stock from Production Officers for adequacy with Grower's hectares planted


• Monitor all stock releases from Farm clusters to Growers and report on stock movements


• Ensure all Growers' forms and documents are completed and properly signed by Growers


• preparing all input documents (waybills, GRNs Contract Forms) properly and detailing their inputs collection, cash advances and seed deliveries


• Verified all Growers hectares contracted for the farming


• Verified all seed deliveries for each grower


• Make requisition for field expenses


• Ensure prompt retirement of advances to Production officers not more than 1 week of advance


• Ensures that all stocks in the stores are intact


• Ensures stock cards records are up to date and tallies with stock

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualifications with 1-3 years work experience.
