What to Expect



  • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will effectively drive the growth and success of our products.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.


What You’ll Do



  • Lead and execute strategy for user growth focused on user acquisition, activation and retention.

  • Build growth tactics to generate qualified traffic and conversions.

  • Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and targets.

  • Work closely with the data team to conduct in-depth analysis, optimize iterative functions, and improve various operational indicators.

  • Manage marketing campaigns and create systems to evaluate and improve performance.

  • Track and optimize the performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.

  • Drive brand building, conversions, and marketing funnel construction and execution

  • Plan and oversee digital marketing strategy and user acquisition campaigns using a variety of strategies(LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, financial media etc) , ads, paid media using digital marketing platforms/tools.

  • Understand customers' needs and critical business issues to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Create and manage a budget for product growth.

  • Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor studies to identify areas of improvement

  • Works closely with sales and account management teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to expand the company’s addressable market.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest analytics tools and techniques, and select the appropriate ones for a given project or problem.

  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports on product growth metrics and trends to senior management.


Preferred Requirements



  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Comfortable translating high-level business requirements into structured, analytical steps.

  • Strong Data Fluency: quantitative and predictive analysis with logical reasoning.

  • Product Performance Management.

  • Cross-functional relationships and stakeholder management.

  • Market analysis and benchmarking.


What you'll bring



  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role as a Product or Growth Marketer.

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you.

  • A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset.

  • Enthusiastic and excited about opportunities to learn all aspects of product suite

  • A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity.

  • Experience at early-stage startup (advantageous).

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive user acquisition goals in a hyper-growth environment.

  • Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens.

  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Comfortable with identifying relevant metrics, and execution processes and keeping an eye out for details.

  • Excellent logical thinking, keen user insight, and creative, and habitual data-driven working methods.

  • Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, take ownership.

  • Successful track record of managing conversion rates.

  • Previous outstanding performance in project management.
