JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying and implementing new business opportunities that will achieve year-on-year growth for the company.
Ensure organizational annual sales objectives are achieved and/or surpassed through generating new businesses and strategic relationship management of existing customers.
Formulate and implement an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.
Research new markets and emerging trends.
Present market research plans to the Operations Director and recommends strategies to improve.
Other duties as assigned by Managing Director and Operations Director.
He/she should be able to collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
HMO/Corporate Marketing
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Management in healthcare/Medical Diagnostic
Strong problem-solving and team-building abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
