The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of administrative, secretarial and support tasks.
The jobholder will manage information, conduct supporting research and analysis, receive and send communication, help manage schedule and also serve as gate-keeper for the office.
Responsibilities
Delivering delegated and assigned tasks within specified time and define expectation
Receives and attend to calls, mails and other enquiry
Answer phone calls, e-mail and respond to queries promptly
Attend to incoming and outgoing visitors and address concerns promptly and professionally
Manages calendar and time
Ensures proper filing and cataloguing of all correspondences
Assists with research on relevant issues and topics
Receives and entertains all visitors.
Manage all clients contact and information
Serves as research advisor on information that may affect the sector either positively or negatively
Assist Line manager to collate reports on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related role
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
