Responsibilities



  • Handle recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and training.

  • Manage employee records and files, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Recruitment of workforce.

  • Handling of employee documentation.

  • Updating of employee files from time to time.

  • Vetting and coordination of vetting of employees and office staff.

  • Collection of nominal roll from Account Department at the end of the month to update employee files.

  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives


Requirements



  • HND / BSc Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 1 - 5 years of experience.

  • Experience with MS Office tools

  • Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision-making.

  • Ability to work independently is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills.
