• Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
  

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction works being carried out on site and ensuring the quality is at the required level and delivered on schedule as directed by the Project Manager


• Interfacing with subcontractors representatives/workers on site to ensure all works are being carried out in line with the approved/relevant drawings and to the required quality


• Ensuring best work practices are being used and all workers are properly kitted with the essential PPE at all times.


• Ensuring that all site rules and regulations are strictly adhered to


• Perform any other functions as requested by the Project Manager, General manager and Managing Director.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Engineering, Building or related industry


• Minimum of 5 years of Civil Engineering (building) experience


• Candidate must have proven work experience in a Construction Industry

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
