Job Description

• Train sales associates to maintain accurate workflow for all business transactions.


• Maintain an excellent environment to provide support to training activities and provide technical backup.


• Develop and maintain marketing strategies and assist employees and provide training to same.


• Provide high-quality customer service to assist customers over the phone.


• Assist other departments to maintain and enhance better performance for the company to ensure high-quality production.


• Monitor efficient product quality mechanisms and ensure flawless professional behavior to all clients.


• Evaluate floor and monitor all sales-oriented programs by delivering assistance to employees and generating sales.


• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Manager to provide assurance to provide exceptional product quality.

Requirement Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields.


• Minimum of 2 years in a related role.


• Sales floor and stockroom organization.


• Areas of product and sales by communicating openly.


• Proximity to the location.

Salary

N90,000 - N95,000 monthly.
