Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to Banks, Leasing Companies, Lending Homes and Asset Management Companies to facilitate patronage


• Establish relationship with Banks so as to participate in their asset and transactional businesses


• Customize products to meet the needs of the above-mentioned areas of concentration


• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate list of prospective clients for effective follow-up


• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, with the intent of providing the required service


• Market and product research analysis (Customer intelligence & Competitors intelligence) to know what products would be profitable in the marketplace.


• Prepare proposals/ Product papers.


• Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue by soliciting for new businesses.


• Follow up on outstanding proposals; assist in daily administrative activities such as meetings, coordination and other related operational issues.

Job Requirements

Education:

• First Degree


• A Master's Degree would be an added advantage.


• Relevant Insurance professional qualifications.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.


• Practical understanding of the relevant regulatory environment.


• Proven track record of success in similar role in the banking sector.
