Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the General manager and plan company policies.
- Implement safety rules and policies and make the work environment better for employees.
- Develop and execute business plans for growth and revenue of the organization.
- Report financial, administration and business matters to the General manager.
- Delegate work to mid-level mangers and supervisor-level employees.
- Conduct meetings of other executives and board members for issues related to general operations.
- Review financial statements, sales reports, and draft plans for generating revenue.
- Develop, review, and reshuffle daily production plans as needed.
- Ensure adequate staff for business operations while keeping costs at minimal.
Objective of this Role
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specfic knowledge/skill areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification
- Proven success in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of working experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skill.
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
