Our client; a reputable firm in the MANUFACTURING sector is looking to fill the role of a MARKETING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy or Post Graduate in Science/Pharmacy
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE in a PHARMACEUTICAL FIRM.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a marketing manager in a PHARMACEUTICAL FIRM.
- Candidate should have thorough knowledge and working experience in the location mentioned above
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in a pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to lead and drive a team of sales/Medical reps to achieve the set daily and monthly targets/goals assigned.
- Should have basic product knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their usage
- Good communication and organizing skills
- The ability to produce presentations to a group of Doctors/pharmacists of Hospitals and Institutions.
- A self-motivated and driven person with the ability to motivate and drive subordinates.
- Ability to work and produce results under unfavorable external environments also
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
