Job Description



Role and Responsibilities



  • Provide general administrative support for the HR team

  • Maintain ambience of the reception area

  • Manage MD's and HRM's float

  • Organize staff training events and programs

  • Work closely with Sectional HR Officers during recruitment activities.

  • Ensures that the SOP for Official Car/Fleet management i.e. routine servicing, fuel ex renewal of particulars of the cars is followed.

  • Liaise with maintenance department on routine maintenance and office equipment service

  • Manage office stationery/provision requisition, inventory, and control

  • Responsible for canteen management and archive room

  • Administration of Beverage and Free product distribution

  • Administration of travel logistics (Flight booking & Hotel Reservation)

  • Administration of Company Fleet

  • Administration of pool cars and pool drivers

  • Supervise activities of all company drivers

  • Any other duty assigned by Line Manager


Qualifications and Education Requirements



  • First Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline

  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Previous experience in front office management desirable but not essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Preferred SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detal

  • Excellent customer service skills • Strong self-management skill

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Good relationship management skills
