Overview
As the Junior Sales Representative, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer’s need of BONITA TREATS in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
KEY RESPONIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Merchandise and promote optimal display of products in different stores.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Improve product shelf displays at all designated stores within your purview.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Collection of bank cheques and processing of stores orders as appropriate.
- Identifying new supermarkets/stores with high traffic for possible entry.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Developing relationships with floor managers, shelvers, procurement managers to aid the business.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year of modern trade sales experience
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- ND in any business or related field.
