Job Brief

We are seeking to employ a Personal Office Assistant with fluent English and some admin experience. The candidate should also be able to carry out the following functions:



  • Design social media posts with Canva

  • Speak with clients comfortably on the phone

  • Arrange meetings

  • Help with some office tasks as required.

  • Research on topics online as required


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year experience.

  • Our office is located at Opebi so we prefer candidates that live around that neigbourhood.
