We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.


• Develop and conduct training programs for production staff on quality systems, policies, and procedures.


• Monitor and document production activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


• In charge of all proposed certifications and standardization, including relationships with regulatory authorities.


• Conduct microbial and chemical analyses of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.


• Conduct sensory evaluations of products to ensure they meet the required specifications.


• Maintain accurate records and document all quality control activities.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in food science and technology, microbiology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in the food industry.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.


• Experience in baby food production is a plus.
