We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Sales manager to supervise saleswithin Kano State to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and that sales goals are being met.
The sales manager’s responsibilities include evaluating the work done by Sales Executive, training sales teams, and creating new sales channels to drive bulk sales, business-to-business sales, and Business-to-Government deals.

Responsibilities
Promoting the company’s products to businesses, government parastatals, and rural communities
Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors within the state.
Implementsales targetsand encouragesubordinates to achieve sales goals
Preparing sales reports to be submitted to the management
Promptly responding to customer requests.
Maximizing the growth potential of the business within the state
Ensure that the sales team's needs are properly attended to and escalated when necessary to the state manager
Organize market storms to drive sales
Ensuring that the sales executives comply with the company's sales policy
Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Sales or a related field)
Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales manager, ability to manage a team
Must have live and understand the operations of market structure in Kano
Must have solid practical experience in the power/energy industry
Proven work experience in the solar industry
Detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
