Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the general administration of the day to day operations of the company.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of orders
- Manage the company’s support staff (Securities, Gardeners, Janitors etc.)
- Distributing information to all personnel, vendors and (potential) clients (e.g. memos, emails, reports etc.)
- Collecting, securing, organizing and managing administrative data according to company policy.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical filing system for the company
- Maintaining a company calendar by coordinating in-house and external events.
- Planning and executing administrative meetings and events including travel logistics
- Engaging with customers, responding to product questions and facilitating sales in store and across all communication channels.
- Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions resulting from product sales.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Cross selling products to increase customer purchase.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years work experience.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
