RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy.

  • Collaborate with development teams to build client technology needs.

  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Cross-sell existing solutions to new clients.

  • Establishing a pipeline of core marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s revenue targets and marketing goals.

  • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.


REQUIREMENTS



  • B.Sc/BA in business administration, Marketing or relevant field

  • Must have at least 3-5 years’ work experience in the IT industry

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.Salesforce).

  • Must possess a strong business knowledge.

  • Must possess an excellent written and verbal communication and strong negotiation skills.

  • Advanced time management and organizational skills.
