Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate should also have the ability to learn and unlearn and have a high interest in the tech industry.


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and other correspondence

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Assist with special projects as needed


Requirements:



  • BSc degree in any field (NYSC member most preferable)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Professional and friendly demeanor

  • Good in research

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • * Ability to learn and unlearn

  • * High interest in the tech industry

  • Basic salary of #100,000
