Our company is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Business Analyst to join our client. As an Agile Scrum Business Analyst, you will be working on mobile applications,  responsible for developing Epics and user stories on Jira and managing confluence pages. You will also be managing backlogs, analysing and evaluating our application flows and processes and recommending improvements to increase performance, efficiency, productivity, and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diversified team members, from developers, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and product owners. 


• Identify and document user flows through the application, capture requirements as user stories and develop for developers and designers to use. 


• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and other relevant deliverables.


• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.


• Create reports to stakeholder groups for better planning


• Plan and facilitate sprint and retro sessions


• Conduct mobile application testing using existing test tools


• Facilitate daily scrum meetings.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience working in an agile environment and good knowledge of Scrum methodologies.


• Experience in developing user stories and testing mobile applications.


• Proficiency in using Jira, confluence, and slack as project management tools.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Must be based in Nigeria
