Key Responsibility
The successful candidate will have the following responsibility:
- To plan, direct, and coordinate the financial activities of the organization.
- The job holder will be expected to produce financial reports, direct investment activities and develop strategies & plans for the long-term financial goals of the organisation. Work with strategy to align finance and strategy.
Skills
- Knowledge of financial market and its risks
- Cost reduction techniques
- Understanding of the link between economics, finance and investment
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software
- Proficiency risk management techniques
QUALIFICATION
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
- Relevant MSc or MBA
Professional Certification/Membership:
- Relevant professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA)
Experience
- Thirteen (13) or more years’ of cognate work experience in a finance role in a reputable and structured organization within the financial services sector.
