• Salary Range ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors at tender stage


• Coordinate material orders and ensure quality control of installation On-site assembly capacity and specialized fabrication when required Monitor, manage and coordinate a team of installers


• Liaise with project managers and site team and provide progress updates on installation and equipment issued


• Perform any other functions as requested by the Project Manager, General manager and Managing Director

REQUIREMENTS

• university degree in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant discipline. MBA and MSc in relevant field is an advantage.


• Relevant certifications in Engineering or Building technology are an advantage


• Minimum of 15 years experience in: - Curtain walling systems (Stick System, Unitized etc.) - Other aluminum installations such as doors, windows etc. - Cladding systems


• candidate should have significant experience working on large-scale construction projects (buildings i.e. mixed use towers/developments, multi storey offices, high rise buildings e.t.c.).
