We seek a highly motivated individual to join our customer support team as an intern.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced customer support representatives to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Providing customers with product and service information.
Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.
Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
Contributing to the development of support materials such as FAQs and knowledge-base articles
Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
At least 3 years relevant work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with Google Docs or equivalent software.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
