  • We seek a highly motivated individual to join our customer support team as an intern.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced customer support representatives to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities



  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

  • Providing customers with product and service information.

  • Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Contributing to the development of support materials such as FAQs and knowledge-base articles

  • Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge.


Requirements



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Google Docs or equivalent software.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
