Job Description

• Tendering processes.


• Creating Construction estimates and advices; comparing his estimate with the contractors estimate(s)


• Managing projects from start to finish.


• Managing project’s administrative processes.


• Acting as the site and project arbitrator.


• Conducting and undertaking project feasibility study to estimate materials, time and labour costs.


• Scheduling materials and equipment.


• Quality assurance for constructions.


• Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documents for projects.


• Estimating and analysing cost for project work.


• Performing risk analysis evaluation, value management, and cost control.


• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.


• Preparing and submitting final accounts to the necessary principals.


• Valuing completed work and arranging necessary payments.


• Carries out all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.


• Preferably female.
