Our client, a reputable firm in the EDUCATION SECTOR is currently looking to hire a MATHEMATICS TEACHER.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and deliver effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum.


• Teach Secondary school students mathematics while integrating coding using Python to enhance their learning experience.


• Design and develop interactive teaching materials, including coding exercises and projects, that promote students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Evaluate and grade students' assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to improve their learning outcomes.


• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and academic performance, and communicate regularly with parents and school administrators regarding student progress.


• Stay up-to-date with advancements in mathematics and coding technologies, and implement new teaching methods and approaches to enhance students' learning experience.


• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably in a high school setting.


• Knowledge of Coding using Python Technology


• Teaching certification or license.


• Strong knowledge of coding using Python technology and its applications in advanced mathematics concepts.


• Ability to design and develop interactive teaching materials, including coding exercises and projects, to enhance students' learning experience.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school administrators.


• Passion for teaching and commitment to providing quality education to students.
