Job Description
Our client, a reputable firm in the EDUCATION SEECTOR is looking to fill the role of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT (MALE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point of contact between the director and other internal and external stakeholders, including staff, parents, and students
- Manage and maintain the director's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding as necessary.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as running errands, booking personal appointments, and managing office tasks.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects or presentations
- Organize and plan events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's in education degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant (preferably in a school environment).
- MUST have a valid driver's license and with driving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
