Job Summary



  • The HR operations manager is required to perform various administrative tasks which influences a company’s culture and the staff performance.The ideal candidate would be in charge of assisting particular organizational functions, collaborating closely with management.


Responsibilities



  • Design, establish, and maintain the organization's hiring procedure, which includes its description, hiring definitions, periodic measuring definitions, and taking appropriate action to fill gaps.

  • Creates the selection matrix for selecting the best recruitment source and channel.

  • Investigates industry best practices for hiring and staffing, then applies the most applicable ones to the organization.

  • Continuously monitors and lowers the cost of the hiring process

  • Carries out interviewing for executive posts (or key jobs in the organization

  • Observes the labor laws and makes the necessary adjustments to maintain compliance

  • Conducting organizational research, reviews, and work measures to identify workloads and provide guidance on the ideal staffing level requirements

  • Collaborating with line managers to create forecasts of the number of people needed.


Requirements



  • Minimum B.Sc in Human Resources or other related fields

  • Minimum second class lower

  • B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing

  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry

  • Must have Professional certifications (cipm)

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
