Responsibilities
Design, establish, and maintain the organization's hiring procedure, which includes its description, hiring definitions, periodic measuring definitions, and taking appropriate action to fill gaps.
Creates the selection matrix for selecting the best recruitment source and channel.
Investigates industry best practices for hiring and staffing, then applies the most applicable ones to the organization.
Continuously monitors and lowers the cost of the hiring process
Carries out interviewing for executive posts (or key jobs in the organization
Observes the labor laws and makes the necessary adjustments to maintain compliance
Conducting organizational research, reviews, and work measures to identify workloads and provide guidance on the ideal staffing level requirements
Collaborating with line managers to create forecasts of the number of people needed.
Requirements
Minimum B.Sc in Human Resources or other related fields
Minimum second class lower
B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing
Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry
Must have Professional certifications (cipm)
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
