About the Job
- We are looking for an ambitious, talented and goal-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- To meet the need of our KOKO Brand, we are recruiting for an innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitments, interviews, induction and training of new staff in the organisation.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide constructive and timely appraisal, training and performance evaluations.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Oversees learning and development plans and implement initiatives that provide internal opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Liaising and coordinating with recruiting team and HR for roles across our operations.
- Maintain HR and staff development databases.
- Conduct benchmark analyses on compensation and benefits plans for different roles as well as seniority levels.
- Conduct research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
- Experience of working in media, fashion, Fintech sector.
