JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Sell and promote customer products


• Champion and achieve sales target


• Prepare sales duty roaster


• Supervise cleaning in sales environment


• Ensure availability of food on counter as at when due


• Ensure morning Prayers and pep talk


• Hand over target to all sales reps


• Follow processes on QC’s check list


• Avoid stock out


• All products must be sampled to ensure quality


• Do production planning for the next day by 4pm and make necessary arrangement to avoid short falls.


• Check for availability of raw materials with production supervisor


• Ensure that production head leaves a report at the end of the shift


• Write a handing over report for the supervisor taking over staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND 


• Expereice in the sales industry(working in a restuarant will be an added advantage 


• Good communication skills 


• Ability to drive sales and meet set targets
